We're so glad you're here. Below you'll find step-by-step directions from the parking garage to your front door, building amenities, and our favorite local spots. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out.
Arrival & Check-In
Parking
- When you arrive, you'll see two parking garages. Enter the second garage — it's called Tower Garage.
- Drive down the ramp and make two immediate right turns.
- You'll see the elevator lobby on your left side, labeled Tower Elevators B3–7.
Parking Note: Parking permits are limited. Complimentary parking is available for guests who stay 3 nights or more. Please contact Rob for details.
Getting Upstairs
- Take the Tower Elevator up to Floor 3.
- Exit the elevator and turn left.
- Walk down the hallway, then make a right.
- Unit 318 will be on the right-hand side of the hallway.
Getting Inside
- At the door, you'll find a digital keypad lock box.
- Enter the PIN code provided in your booking details to open the lock box.
- Inside the lock box is a key fob — grab it and keep it with you during your stay.
Important: The key fob is how you'll get in and out of the building, including all common areas and amenities. Always bring it with you!
Navigating the Building
Main Elevator
- Walk right out of Unit 318.
- Make your first left.
- Follow that walkway to the Main Elevator.
Tower Elevator
- Walk out of Unit 318 and turn left.
- Head down the hallway — you'll see a door on the left side. It's usually propped open.
- If the door is closed, look for the door with no label — that's the one.
- Go through it and you'll reach the Tower Elevator.
Amenities
Main Pool
- Head to the Tower Elevator and go to Floor 2.
- Exit the elevator and turn left.
- When you get outside, turn left again and follow the path.
- You'll find the main pool ahead.
Tip: Bring your key fob and grab beach towels from the cabinet in the unit. The pool area has showers and bathrooms available.
Arcade, Bowling & Game Room
- Head to the Main Elevator and take it to Floor 1.
- Exit the elevator — the game room will be on your right side.
- Remember to bring your key fob.
Bonus: All the games are completely free to play!
Gym
- Head to the Tower Elevator and go to Floor 2.
- Exit the elevator and turn left.
- When you get outside, turn left — the gym will be right in front of you.
Business Center
- Head to the Tower Elevator and go to Floor 2.
- Exit the elevator and turn left.
- When you get outside, turn right and walk past the gym.
- Continue through the opening between the buildings.
- When you reach the next building, you'll see a walkway inside. Head down that hallway.
- The Business Center will be on the right.
Getting to Petco Park
Petco Park
- The fastest way to Petco Park is the stairs right next to Unit 318.
- Head down the stairs and you're practically there!
Heads up: The stairs are one-way only — you cannot use them to get back into the building.
Getting back inside:
- Walk past Honey Hole (the card shop).
- You'll see a glass door — use your key fob to open it.
- This brings you to the Tower Elevator, and you're home.
